Nevertheless, the lasting test of President Obama's world statesmanship will be whether he manages the fall of Gadaffi's Libya with the art and skill of Cato the Elder, or whether he falls into the trap of his predecessor, Bush the Younger, whose tragic failure to "win the peace" in Iraq cost this nation thousands of soldiers and trillions in treasure. The full cost of that blunder is now playing out in the Tea-Party-stoked debt crisis before us. Mr. Obama, let's get this right.
