Posted: 10 May 2013 07:50 PM PDT

The Experience Music Project and Science Fiction Museum in Seattle has been hosting The Art of Video Games Smithsonian exhibit since February 16. He is also well known for his work towards building widespread support for Java-based game development while at Sun Microsystems. Melissinos had something to say about where his interest in games began, and how, indeed, video games fit into mainstream ideas of art, learning and society.
