Second, there is the "peaceful rise" China that transformed itself from a failing state to the second largest economy in the world. And iinally, there is the mainland China that is becoming increasing assertive in its foreign policies. It is the first China that the world dislikes, the second it admires and depends upon, and the third it fears. |
