MANILA, Friday 11 March 2011 (Bernama) -- The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) is advising residents near the east coast to evacuate to higher grounds as tsunami will hit the Philippines at around 05:00 p.m. to 07:00 p.m. local time, according to a report by China's Xinhua news agency.
