Federal Court grants leave to cite Lingam, 24 others for contempt Posted: 03 Apr 2012 12:49 AM PDT In a unanimous decision, the Federal Court allowed a leave application to cite lawyer Datuk VK Lingam, former Kian Joo Can Factory Bhd (KJCF) group managing director Datuk See Teow Chuan and 23 others for contempt of court over their allegation that a Federal Court judge had plagiarised in a written judgement involving a civil suit. |
