Sime Darby Berhad 's former president and chief executive officer (CEO) Datuk Seri Zubair Murshid @ Ahmad Zubir Murshid, was charged at the Sessions Court here on two counts of criminal breach of trust (CBT) in a Native Customary Rights (NCR) land development project in Sarawak causing the company to incur losses of more than RM100 million.
