MOMBASA, Kenya (Reuters) - Armed raiders set fire to houses and killed at least 11 villagers in Kenya's Coastal region, a local elder and the Red Cross said on Friday, in an apparent revenge attack that is part of a long-running dispute over grazing land and water.
